Marketing Associate
Step into the future as a key leader in a dynamic high-growth sustainable ingredients company. You’ll join a fast-paced, innovative Seacoast New Hampshire producer of patented plant-based ingredients used in new generations of consumer products. The ideal candidate for this full-time, onsite position is a self-directed and energetic individual with the curiosity and confidence to execute creative marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will produce and track campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure that all marketing materials align with company branding. Hands-on success with social media marketing, ecommerce, and turning creative ideas into revenue generation are highly desired.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate
- Identify, design, and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness and understanding of Itaconix and its products with key stakeholders.
- Research and test new methods and practices to improve the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels, including content creation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and ad campaigns.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for all communication channels that attract and engage target audiences.
- Adjust marketing campaigns to changes in consumer behavior.
- Develop increasing knowledge of Itaconix and the value of its products to employees, vendors, customers, end-users, shareholders, and the environment.
Qualifications of the Marketing Associate
- Relevant experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns and communications.
- Creative success at finding, educating, and motivating potential customers.
- Solid knowledge of the latest digital marketing and social media strategies, methods, and tools, including HubSpot, Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
- Experience in developing ecommerce is highly preferred.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and appreciation for great copy and witty communications.
- Proven ability to complete multiple projects without direct supervision.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a field of studies related to communications.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, presentation, and information communications skills with an ability to adapt communication style for the situation.
This is a full-time, onsite position in Stratham, New Hampshire.
Salary starts at $60,000 or higher based on experience and capabilities with regular reviews and advancement based on performance. Compensation includes healthcare benefits, stock options, and annual bonus potential.
