We're on the hunt for a Real Estate Marketing Content Specialist – someone with a zest for knowledge, a knack for technology, and a researcher's mind. If you're a goal-oriented leader with a talent for blending with diverse personalities, we need you. You'll be the cornerstone of our marketing efforts, driving us forward with your digital prowess and creative insights.

Compensation:

$50,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Create print and digital media
  • Create short and long-form video
  • Produce and publish podcasts
  • Assist agents and office with personalized branding
  • Create, manage, and maintain a monthly social media calendar
  • Manage PPC and provide analysis reports of marketing campaigns
  • Serve as tech support for moderate IT issues
  • Attend and assist with client events
  • Help to create and maintain a nurturing culture within the office that is focused on building agents' production

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and desktop publishing
  • Skilled in copywriting and podcast production
  • Proficient in social media content creation and management
  • Licensed drone operator with photography skills
  • Video and photo editing expertise
  • Competent in Google Analytics and SEO strategies

Software Proficiency

  • MS Office Suite, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Design expertise with Canva
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT Pro
  • Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
