Summary:
SAI Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Energy Services business. The qualified candidates must be professional and have a strong technical background and actual working knowledge of compressors, pressure vessels, and gas dryers, with the ability to effectively present technical information to stakeholders. In addition, extensive experience in successfully executing hydrogen-based and/or electrical multi-project programs in an engineering environment is required.
The Senior Project Manager is the primary client contact and responsible for both the financial success and delivery of programs and/or projects on schedule and within budget. The Senior Project Manager independently applies extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to project and/or program delivery. Responsible for overall project quality and technical performance which will require assigning tasks to and overseeing engineers, technicians, and administrative staff. This individual also prepares, reviews, and approves scopes, budgets, schedules, and contracts for consistency with Client requirements, Company policies, procedures, and objectives.
Requirements:
- Must have extensive interaction with technical and non-technical staff, clients, officials, contractors, vendors, and others and is expected to attend project meetings and present specific aspects of engineering assignments.
- Must have proven experience and expertise in Project Management, Client Management, Contract Management Quality Assurance, Project Turn Over and Scheduling, Budgeting and Financial Controls, Engineering, Communication.
- Must be Accountable and able to Supervise internal and external associates.
Experience:
- 8 years Project management, preferred.
- 4 years Alternative Fuels, preferred
