Job Summary: As a Project Manager for Patriot Broadband Technologies, you are responsible for estimating/ RFP responses, project planning and coordination, developing and maintaining production schedules, job profitability, billing and job costing support, and maintaining customer relations.

It is vital for the PM to have strong communication and leadership skills to efficiently and effectively direct work duties and promote positive team dynamics throughout the project.


A few highlighted Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Prepare a production schedule and cost/ revenue budget for each project.
  • Ensure production schedule is met by communicating clear expectations to all stakeholders.
  • Purchase materials, prepare subcontracts, purchase orders and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual and company regulations.
  • Perform quality checks and risk assessments; ensuring highest safety standards and meeting all OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery of tasks and projects.
  • Address questions/concerns/ complaints throughout the project seeking favorable outcomes while maintaining integrity of work and a reputation for high standards.


A few highlighted Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software products
  • Experience with Comcast and P2 management software extremely beneficial
  • Experience with HFC/CATV projects
  • Min 3-5 years project management of OSP aerial and underground construction required.
  • Industry Certifications and/ or Bachelor's degree in related field and work experience is preferred.
