Wright Worldwide Inc is looking to staff armed guard positions at an apartment complex in the City of Opa-Locka, FL. The address is 13210 Alexandria Dr.

COMPENSATION:
  • 19.75 -21.50 Per Hour (depending upon experience)
BENEFITS:
  • Paid Holidays (Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Birthday)
  • PTO After a year ( 5 days)
  • Training and Development
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have D & G License.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years continuous employment in an armed capacity.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
  • Familiarity with security equipment
  • Able to operate basic technology programs and word processing programs
  • Reliable form of transportation beyond public transportation.
  • First aid/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
These are 8-12 hour shifts where officers will provide access control in a guardhouse. The current shifts available for Full Time are 2 PM - 10 PM and 10p-6a. We are also hiring for individuals who can provide relief shifts with minimal notice.. Officers will perform access control to the property, vet visitors and tenants, as well as interact with staff, management, residents, and local law enforcement. You must be able to work both day and night shifts, as well as weekends.

Core Qualifications for this assignment are as follows:

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military or in a similar environment.
  • Must have at least 3 years continuous employment in an armed capacity.
  • No more than 3 jobs within a 6 year period.
  • Familiarity with security equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • First aid/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
  • Prior experience providing guard gate access control (preferred)
