Job description

We're looking for a candidate to join our team and play a crucial role in providing exceptional eye care services. In Optical Sales, you will help patients with their eyewear needs, ensuring they receive the best service and products. Your responsibilities will include working with patients to find the perfect eyewear, while supporting the daily operations of the optical department. If you have a passion for eye care and enjoy helping people look and see their best, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Help patients choose the right eyewear based on their prescription and style preferences.
  • Prescription Interpretation:Read and dispense prescriptions from doctors.
  • Frame and Lens Selection:Advise on lens options and frame styles.
  • Measurements:Take precise measurements for a proper fit.
  • Adjustments and Repairs: Adjust and repair eyewear for comfort and vision accuracy.
  • Sales:Promote products and drive sales while maintaining product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration:Work with other staff to provide excellent patient care.
