As a NetSuite Developer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our client's NetSuite environment to enhance business processes and operational efficiency at an enterprise scale. This role demands a keen eye for the big picture, focusing on end-to-end process improvement and robust systems integration. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, develop custom NetSuite solutions, and manage integrations with other business systems, ensuring seamless workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented thinker with a strong foundation in software development within the NetSuite ecosystem and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.

Main Duties:

• Architect and implement scalable NetSuite solutions that support end-to-end process improvements and address business needs at an enterprise level.
• Develop system integrations between NetSuite and various internal and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and maintain data integrity across the ecosystem.
• Engage in full lifecycle project management for NetSuite solutions, from requirements gathering through to implementation and post-launch support, emphasizing continuous improvement of business processes.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on leveraging NetSuite capabilities to define and enhance business processes and capabilities across the company.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in NetSuite use, customization, and integration, keeping abreast of the latest developments and innovations within the NetSuite platform.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and effectively implemented in NetSuite solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and training to NetSuite users, empowering them to fully leverage the system's capabilities for their business needs.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business processes and technical challenges.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and SuiteScript for NetSuite customization and automation.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and CRM, including a solid understanding of NetSuite's architecture and data model.
• Experience with SuiteAnalytics is helpful.
• Proficient in designing and implementing system integrations, with a thorough understanding of APIs and web services, including RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth flows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years of experience in NetSuite development, with a focus on system integration and process improvement.
• Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementation projects and integrations.
• Comfortable operating in an agile development environment focused on delivering business value incrementally and iteratively to achieve and maintain momentum toward a broader set of strategic objectives.
