Position:Dental Operations Manager

Location:Tarentum, PA

Status:Full-time

Salary: $80-120,000k



Our client is seeking a Dental Operations Manager to help run their practices on a day to day. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a passion for building strong team cultures and driving operational excellence. Knows how to build positive relationships with their staff and offer guidance. Have extensive knowledge about their work and dental practice operations. Have outstandingtime management skills.Is respectful, honest, and reliable. Committed to helping the growth and success of the practice.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the practice.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care processes and enhance patient experience.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Travel between offices required at least once a month.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with healthcare or dental practice operations preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to implement effective operational strategies.
  • Experience in talent recruitment and onboarding protocols development.
  • Knowledge of Dentemax Software is a plus
