Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsible for assigned day to day activities in cutting and kitting of materials for production.



Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Read work orders written in English and follow instructions to determine product specifications or materials requirements
  • Operate and monitor assigned machine that cuts fabric according to programmed patterns; Some computer entry needed
  • Loads rolls of fabric to machine in preparation to be cut; Removes pieces when complete
  • Sort materials or products for processing, storing, shipping, or grading
  • Achieving the number of pieces per yard for a specific product scheduled output for the day
  • Inspect machine before use and report any malfunctions as needed
  • Maintain an orderly warehouse
  • Abide by company Safety and Reporting Standards


Nonessential functions and responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Forklift Experience preferred
