ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Dupree - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy changes.
  • Process applications, claims, and other paperwork.
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain client records and update databases.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and processes is a plus.
