As a Project Coordinator, youll play a pivotal role in coordinating with customers, suppliers, vendors, and team members, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing material deliveries, negotiating pricing, delegating orders, coordinating waste management and site services, submitting work orders, and overseeing documentation, ensuring compliance, and permit management.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Manage the logistics of every project component for upcoming and ongoing jobs
Coordinate material deliveries and confirm accuracy
Maintain relationships and communicate with vendors, monitor pricing, submit RFQ’s, and manage material purchases.
Delegate internal purchase orders to relevant personnel
Coordinate waste container and porta-john delivery and removal
Assign various work order types to our certified install partners.
Communicate information to Install Partners such as project details, schedules, punchlist reconciliation, and more.
Oversee data entry and management of various documentation such as permits, and compliance documentation.
Track metrics, update processes, and perform data entry tasks as needed
Requirements
1+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management, or a similar type of role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Versed in residential or commercial construction and a strong understanding of safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using project management software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
