Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently taking applications for a Home Health LPN. The Home Health LPN administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. Requires current and valid VA LPN license and valid VA DL. Previous experience in Hospice, Home Health, or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Pay range - $29/hr + DOE

Background/Drug tests, seasonal flu vaccine required.
