Memory Support Director / Memory Care Director
Our new Executive Director is searching for our next Memory Support Director / Memory Care Director (RN/LPN) to coordinate all clinical and programming aspects of the Memory Support Program. You'll work in conjunction with our Team Operations Director to support the care team members within Memory Support. Memory Support Director / Memory Care Director Benefits at The Ridge Pinehurst -

Memory Support Director / Memory Care Responsibilities -

  • On-site coordination of all clinical, programming and staffing aspects of the Memory Support Program.
  • You'll oversee the Med Techs that work in Memory Support, while our Team Operations Director will oversee the care partners/care givers.
  • Responsible for resident programming for our Memory Support residents.
  • Assist the residents and their families in maintaining the physical and emotional health of our residents.
  • Liaison with physicians, pharmacies, families and health-related agencies for Memory Support residents.

Memory Support Director / Memory Care Director Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Utah
  • Dedication to and passion to serve seniors and team members with excellent customer service skills, a high level of energy and compassion.
  • Prefer bachelor's degree in gerontology, nursing, social work or related health or human service field or a licensed nurse.
  • Director of Nursing or Charge Nurse experience is helpful, and you'll love the change to Memory Support.
  • Prefer two years' experience in senior living, long-term care or healthcare field.
  • Strong time management skills and customer service skills
  • Be proficient in the use of a computer.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written in dealing with team members, residents, family members, co-workers and vendors.
  • Good listening and skills.
  • To reduce risk to our residents and team members, we require all employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and any required boosters.
