Fleet/Inventory Clerk

Perfect Service is in need of an Inventory/Maintenance Clerk. This position will go fast so take advantage of the opportunity to join the best residential HVAC company in Central Alabama

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a goal to become a long-term asset to the company.

Job Duties:

• Complete Inventory of every service truck in our fleet weekly
• Go through Purchase Orders and Invoices to account for truck stock changes
• Keep up with all maintenance records for fleet
• Communicate with department heads about missing material/Inventory
• Communicate with Comptroller about unresolved items

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in Inventory Control
• Good Verbal Communication Skills Required
• Good Listening Skills Required
• Proficient with Microsoft office including excel & word
• Professionalism expected
• Quickbooks experience preferred

Pay based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Rate of Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 7am-Noon
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
