  • Lead the development and refinement of ELA, math, Science, and social studies exams and scoring rubrics, ensuring alignment with educational standards and pedagogical best practices.
  • Drive a strategic vision for the evolution of our assessments, incorporating the latest technological advancements to meet the dynamic needs of students and educators.
  • Explore and implement state of the art assessment methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of our exams.
  • Collaborate with the software department to integrate innovative tools and platforms into the assessment development process, ensuring seamless technological integration.
  • Oversee the enhancement and maintenance of our item bank, ensuring it remains a robust repository of high-quality assessment materials.
  • Implement strategies for ongoing item bank improvement based on feedback, trends, and educational research.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging educational needs, providing valuable insights to inform assessment development.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, fairness, and validity of all assessments.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to uphold the highest standards of assessment quality.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including subject matter experts, software developers, and writers to create assessments that meet the diverse needs of students, teachers, and educational institutions.
  • Generate schedules and style sheet guidelines for writers, freelance proofreaders, and curriculum experts.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and creativity.
  • Work with national sales team to maximize market penetration.
Skills & Experience:Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • PMP certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience required, with a focus on technology integration.
  • Proven track record in leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely in a respectful and courteous manner.
  • The ability to identify, analyze, and respond to risk factors throughout the project's life
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms. Will train.
  • An unwavering positive attitude that inspires and motivates colleagues.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
