Compensation:
- Base salary pay and percentage of production are offered.
- Compensation of both are based on the provider's experience and skillset.
Schedule:
- Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays.
- Our offices have a huddle meeting that starts 10 minutes prior to opening each day.
- Normal business hours are 9am - 6pm on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 8am - 4:30pm on Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience outside of school.
- Comfortable performing the full scope of general dentistry, which includes restorative, endodontics, prosthodontics, implants, and Invisalign.
- Ability to demonstrate and deliver dental treatment with care and compassion and ability to work cohesively with their team.
Additional Information:
- Our offices serve a wide age demographic and accept Denti-Cal, PPO, and out-of-pocket patients.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
