Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Director of Regional Warehouses, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and processing data in the Assembly Department. The Warehouse Coordinator will maintain spreadsheets and daily outputs for the Assembly employees. Along with these tasks, the Warehouse Coordinator will receive daily parts shipments and STO’s into stock and complete the proper put away steps. This is a non-supervisory role.


Responsibilities:

· Process Assembly Team orders (in SAP)

· Maintain Assembly daily output data (in excel)

· Distribute and track open production orders

· Receive parts shipments

· Receive Stock Transfer Orders (STO’s)

· Put parts received into storage bins, systematically and physically

· Perform daily cycle counts on parts

· Assist with confirming outbound orders

· Cross Train with Operations Coordinator for back up duties

· Update weekly spreadsheets and distribute

· This is a non-supervisory position.

Requirements:


Education:

· High school degree or equivalent required

· Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred


Experience:

· Experience with warehouse operations and functions desirable


Other Requirements:

· Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel REQUIRED

· Background in SAP REQUIRED

· Experience with cycle counts

· Ability to cross train in other areas of the business
