Job DescriptionJob Description

The Human Resources Leader is accountable for providing human resource services for the Indiana plant, in a timely and accurate manner. These services must be provided within all government regulations, in accordance with AOC corporate and plant policies, and must be accomplished in a cost-effective manner. They will also work in a unionized facility, familiarity, and CBA understanding is important for success in this position.

This position will provide human resources support to both hourly and salaried employees. They will administratively support all HR functions at the plant. This position reports directly to the Corporate HR Director but with a dotted line to the Plant Manager. The local HR Leader is required to work hand and hand with the Plant Manager to make sure all HR needs are met. The Plant Manager may assign additional duties to the role for plant support purposes.
