Job Summary:
  • This role oversees sanitation and production operations to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The supervisor directs and manages employees, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and goals.

Job Duties:
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and assign tasks to maximize productivity and resource utilization. Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and address production challenges to ensure timely order completion.
  • Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards, resolve quality issues, and ensure product meets specifications.
  • Sanitation Leadership: Develop and implement sanitation procedures, training, and improvement initiatives. Manage sanitation budgets and inventories.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Maintain a clean and inspection-ready facility.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a dairy manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, including quality assurance and supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of sanitation requirements and CIP processes.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and equipment.
