Cybersecurity Firewall Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks and firewall policies.
  • Analyze network security needs and update perimeter defenses accordingly.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and collaborating with clients and infrastructure teams.
  • Conduct performance tuning and regular maintenance on security devices.
  • Address network performance issues and analyze traffic data.
  • Monitor and adjust Firewall/DMZ configurations and packet filtering technologies.

Must have knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge of Dell and VMware products
  • Incident response experience
  • Security expertise
  • Ability to travel to client sites on short notice
