Job Summary
As the contract admin, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts and jobs within our residential HVAC and our light commercial service departments. You will build jobs, assist in ordering materials for said jobs, build quotes and act a support for light commercial service.
Duties
Be cross trained within the administration and light commercial service department.
Answer and schedule incoming leads for residential HVAC installs.
Build jobs and quotes.
Order equipment and materials.
Follow the sales process from start to finish.
Admin support for light commercial as needed.
Special projects as needed
This is an in person position, 8-5
