Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evenings Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Evenings Home Health RN, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes during evening hours.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and providing direct nursing care to patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for our patients.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must:

  • Be a registered nurse with a current and unrestricted license
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in home healthcare or a related field
  • Possess excellent clinical and assessment skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Be willing to travel within the designated service area
  • Possess current CPR certification
