We are looking for an RDH to work on June 17, 2024 from 8am-4pm.

Candidate must be VERY comfortable with administering local anesthesia, scaling and root planing, sharpening instruments, working with anxious patients, and taking good radiographs.

Each periodontal maintenance patient is scheduled for one hour. SRPs are scheduled for 1-2 hours, depending on the case (1.5 hours for full mouth SRP mild perio case, 1 hour for two quadrants SRP moderate perio case, and 1 hour per quad of SRP for a severe perio case). One hour is allotted for a lunch break.

We are looking for an RDH that can work independently, where you will set up and break down your own operatory, sterilize and wrap your own instruments, and be able to educate patients and establish a rapport with patients during the allotted timeframe. Periodontal charting is required for all patients. Knowledge and use of Air-flow is a plus but not required. Our periodontist will be checking your work and candidate must be adaptable and willing to accept feedback.

Compensation is $55-$65 per hour, commensurate with experience. There is potential for discretionary bonus pay, depending on your quality and quantity of work. Your parking will also be paid during work hours. Potential for more opportunities in the future or a part time position is possible as well.
