Job Description

NOTE: This position requires daily onsite presence and does not offer a remote option.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist that will provide administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to handle diverse tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Provide support for employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Handle HR-related documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and employee memos.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and maintaining performance documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role, with additional experience in executive administrative support strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a dynamic workload.


Additional Information

Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting:

Pay rate: $40.00 to $55.00/hour

The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, and candidate residence if the position is remote or field-based. We reserve the option to pay above this range for exemplary experience or higher education.
