If so, this full-time Dental Assistant position at Watts Dental is just what you've been looking for As a Dental Assistant at our state-of-the-art facility in Lithia, FL, you will have the chance to work alongside a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality dental care.

In terms of compensation, this position offers a competitive pay rate of $20 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience. As a team member you'll be able to enjoy benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. Join our team and embark on an exciting career journey in the dental industry

QUALIFICATIONS

  • X-ray certification
  • Dental assistant certification

Your schedule will be as follows:

  • Mondays: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Fridays: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm

You will have an hour-long lunch Monday - Thursday.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A DENTAL ASSISTANT

You will have the rewarding opportunity to assist our skilled doctors in various dental procedures. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the comfort and ease of our patients throughout their dental visits. This includes preparing the treatment room, sterilizing instruments, and providing chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures. Your caring and compassionate nature will shine through as you offer reassurance and support to patients, helping them feel at ease during their dental treatments.
