Responsibilities

Client Intake: Collect client information accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are recorded.

Verification: Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and any other required information.

Documentation: Accurately record and maintain client data in our systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Communication: Interact with clients to gather missing information and provide updates on the status of their applications.

Follow-up: Follow up with clients to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed in a timely manner.


Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
