Job DescriptionJob Description```Role

As a CNC Programmer (also known as CNC Process Developer, CNC Method Engineer), you'll recommend and develop CNC programs and processes for optimum machinery and manufacturing efficiency. You'll establish machine tool methods, optimize machine tool speeds and feeds, initiate requests for tooling and fixtures, and develop CNC programs using the current approved software package. You'll also assist in the development and implementation of fixtures for new product lines and troubleshoot various problems.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, Vocational/Technical training preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in machining/metal removal methods and minimum one (1) year CNC related programming experience.
  • Strong math skills, good verbal and written communication skills, sound troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in machine setups for production runs and manual machining skills.
