Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team Our Stars and Strikes Kitchen Crew takes pride in serving high-quality menu items in a fun and fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Stars and Strikes Expo, you will help keep a smooth workflow between the kitchen, waitstaff and our guests. You will be an important part of our Kitchen Crew, working together to get orders out correctly, quickly and more efficiently.

What we’re looking for:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to display excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/or holidays

Expectations:

  • Ability to work on your feet for multiple hours
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25-35 pounds
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
  • Keep the expo area clean, neat and well-stocked
  • Coordinate and lead kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food delivery
  • Focus on consistent plate presentation—appropriate plates, garnishes, and side items
  • Precisely read and execute ticket orders ensuring ticket time standards are met
