Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre you a jack of all trades? Carolina Comfort Air is looking for Residential Carpenter that can help with a variety of duties repairing property including sheetrock, painting and small carpentry work. This position will help with repairing homeowners resident after HVAC jobs.

Primary Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Prepare work areas for repair after HVAC mechanics and helpers.
  • Must be able to install and work on sheet rock
  • Assist in all types of construction work, such as additions, remodeling, demolition, and restoring of company properties or contracted work including the removal and replacement of furniture, appliances, or common work.
  • Includes having the ability to assist in small property repairs of plumbing, patching, and other work including hanging drywall, sanding, and painting.

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in carpentry
  • Must be able to install sheetrock, sanding and painting
  • Must have valid Driver's License
