This full-time, adventure awaits you in Kalispell, MT

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for running the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products, managing inventory levels, purchasing, managing warehouse assistant and ensuring that all products are handled in a safe and efficient manner. Delivery of car wash chemicals to car wash customers may be required.

The pay range is $22.50-$25.50/hr depending on experience and includes benefits.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience in supply chain, purchasing, and warehousing

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to process complex information.

  • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills, particularly in dealing with highly intricate data

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

  • Excellent communication skills

Your Mission:

  • Receive, store, and distribute products according to company procedures

  • Prepare and verify all outgoing orders

  • Manage the maintenance of inventory levels and accuracy

  • Efficiently manage supply chain and purchasing activities for warehouse and technician trucks.

  • Administer purchasing orders and handle purchase requisitions.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee purchasing strategies per company objectives and goals.

  • Foster and maintain relationships with vendors, overseeing their performance

  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment

  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols

  • Other duties as assigned

Role Essentials:

  • Location: Kalispell, MT

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • License: Valid driver’s license (required)

  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check.

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
