POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for preparing food items on Café menu and employee meals; processing customer orders; and cleaning workstations throughout the shift in accordance with health and safety regulations. Must know how to use basic kitchen equipment properly and safely. Must be familiar with cooking techniques, such as, sauté, fry, braise, grill, broil, bake and roast.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES/EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED:

High School diploma or GED. Must be 21 years old and able to obtain a VI Gaming License. Must possess a valid VI food handler’s card. Must know proper use of hand tools, especially knives.
