Atlas Excavating Inc is looking for BCM graduates who want to work in the field in central Indiana area. Position would work on jobsites with our Foremen to provide technical information to Company Supervisor and Project Management to ensure work complies with all engineering standards, specifications, design & company processes.  Assists in evaluating field problems, development of projects schedule, contributes to site management and quantity tracking for billings.  This position will learn the aspects of being a project foreman and project manager and is a springboard to these positions.  Will be using HCSS HeavyJob, MS Project, ProCore Software and Google Suite.  Looking for individuals that would like to work into being a Foreman or a Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or a minimum of three years prior experience in a similar position
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
