This is a remote position.

  • As a Salesforce Technical Architect , you will play a critical role in defining and delivering end-to-end solution architectures for our clients. You will be responsible for taking ownership of the entire solution architecture from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to negotiate technical solutions and design choices, and lead a team of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Platform, and Integration specialists to bring these solutions to life.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of the entire solution architecture from inception to delivery.
    • Create and oversee a streamlined delivery process that ensures high quality and efficiency.
    • Persuasively negotiate technical solutions and design choices with business stakeholders.
    • Estimate and implement data structures, flows, Apex classes, and Lightning components to support application development.
    • Lead and mentor teams of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Platform, and Integration specialists.
    • Drive innovation and best practices in Salesforce development and architecture.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
    • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
    • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
    • Experience with Sales and Service cloud implementations.
    • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
