Nous sommes à la recherche d'un PMO Senior rattaché à la direction de la Gouvernance IT, pour le compte d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca.

Principales Missions:

- Porter le volet méthodologie assuré par la direction :

  • Assurer le suivi des formations régulières à la population projet en collaboration avec le collège méthodologie
  • Animer le collège de méthodologie régulièrement et assurer une amélioration continue du dispositif en place (revue des livrables, des KPI …)
  • Planification et animation des différentes instances portées par la direction Gouvernance IT : Comités Architecture et Sécurité …

- Assurer l’interface avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes

- Suivi et contrôle de la performance d’exécution des projets « Gouvernance IT ».

- Mise à jour et suivi des indicateurs stratégiques, opérationnels et financiers de la direction

- Participation à la mise jour des documents de références, de formalisation de processus et/ou procédures.

- Promouvoir la gestion en mode projets des différents chantiers/sujets au sein de la direction.

- Fournir des rapports périodiques à la direction Gouvernance IT sur le suivi du statut de plusieurs projets.

- Mise en place des tableaux de bord qui résument les alertes et sujets importants nécessitant une prise de décision.

Principales Activités:

- Volet Méthodologie:

  • Assurer des formations régulières à la population projet en collaboration avec le collège méthodologie
  • Animer le collège méthodologique réunissant les représentants des entités COO concernées,
  • Recueillir et analyser les Feed-Back et remarques terrain et définir les actions nécessaires pour l’amélioration continue.
  • Suivre l’exécution du plan d’actions et proposer des indicateurs de suivi de maturité de la méthodologie
  • Garantir la mise à jour de la documentation méthodologique, en assurant le suivi de la qualité des changements opérés.
  • Assurer le conseil méthodologique auprès des relais représentants les entités projets
  • Mettre en place et animer les comités architectures et sécurités réguliers prévus par la méthodologie, et suivre les plan d’action y afférents.

- Volet Structuration, Suivi & Pilotage des Différentes Activités & Projets de la Gouvernance IT:

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité de service de la Gouvernance IT
  • Participer à la mise jour des documents de références, de formalisation de processus et/ou procédures
  • Assurer un suivi détaillé des programmes et des projets de la gouvernance IT
  • Réaliser, Analyser et remonter les tableaux de bord de pilotage correspondants : plannings, charges, coût, dépendances, risques projets, actions préventives et/ou correctives ;
  • Analyser les risques des projets et actions Gouvernance IT et participer à la coordination des acteurs : identification, analyse et pondération, mise en œuvre des actions préventives ;
  • Garantir le suivi et le contrôle de l'ensemble des coûts des projets et actions Gouvernance IT (engagements, dépenses, modifications, transferts budgétaires.), ainsi que proposer d'actions correctives en cas de dépassement ;
  • Gérer la documentation des différents projets de la gouvernance IT, et veiller à ce qu’elle soit conforme à la méthodologie projet global,
  • Préparer et animer les comités et instances de décisions de la gouvernance IT.

Profil Recherché

- Compétences Générales:

  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience, dont 5 ans dans la fonction PMO
  • Niveau Bac +5

- Compétences Fonctionnelles:

  • Spécialisé en Management de projet ou autre spécialité similaire
  • Expérience confirmée acquise au sein d'un cabinet de conseil ou d'une organisation, sur des projets de transformation ou en gestion de projets structurants ainsi que sur le volet méthodologie.
  • Maitriser les techniques, les outils et les méthodologies de pilotage et de gestion de projet ou de programme de transformation (Cycle en V et Agile)
  • Maîtrisez les techniques de planification et de pilotage des projets ainsi que l'utilisation des outils bureautiques Excel, Word, Powerpoint …
  • Les Certifications PMP Project Management Professional ou Prince 2 foundation, ou tout autre certification équivalente, sont fortement appréciées.
  • Maîtriser les bonnes pratiques et les normes en vigueur (méthode, qualité)
  • Un bagage IT avec des notions sécurité de l’information, maitrise des risques IT en général, architecture entreprise ainsi que le volet technique IT, est également apprécié, vu que le portefeuille projet et actions de la direction Gouvernance IT portent sur des ces domaines

- Compétences Techniques:

  • Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier la manipulation Excel et des Macros VBA
  • Maitrise des outils de gestion de projets et de portefeuille projets (Sciforma, Jira, …)
