Location: Lebanon, Oregon

Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-Site)

ENTEK is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on-site as a Staff Accountant at our Lebanon, Oregon location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and assisting with audits.

You will prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance filings. You will also be responsible for performing monthly and yearly financial closing tasks, supporting the annual audit process, and monitoring and analyzing accounting data to identify trends and variances. Additionally, you will maintain accurate financial records, record and distribute requisition approvals, assist in inventory cycle, and complete other assigned tasks.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.

Starting salary: $65,000
