Job Title: Project Manager II
Duration: 12 Months
Client Location: Boise, ID - Hybrid

This role will require the end-to-end management of our upcoming 3PL warehouse transition project. This includes creating and managing a project plan, identifying all required functional groups (and POC for each) and coordinating necessary cross-functional workstreams, documenting and reporting out on task progress, identifying and coordinating appropriate action items for any/all roadblocks, development/management of business UAT plan, creation of a weekly progress report for both the project and leadership/sponsor teams.

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manages internal project delivery.Budget as detailed in Impact section.Small to medium/straightforward/ local scope.Low/ medium risk.

2. Manages project financials including business impact.Meets or exceeds approved budgets.Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.

3. Manages stakeholder relationships.Manages first to mid level stakeholder relationships.

4. Manages project team.Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally less than 7 people.Provides performance feedback on project team members.

Education and Experience Required:

First Level University degree.3 + years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.

Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates a basic knowledge of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.Understands project management methods.Participates in the Services PM Profession community.On a development plan leading to higher project management skills.
