Requested Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • At least eight years of practical experience in data analytics and/or data management.
  • Expertise in widely-used geospatial software applications and tools, including Python, SQL, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Visualization, ESRI ArcGIS, Time Series Modeling, Large Language Modeling, Sagemaker, IDL, MATLAB, R, Git, Tableau, Databricks, Hue, Knowi, and Kibana.
  • Proficiency in identifying, collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to improve and develop products, processes, and systems.
  • Innovative approach to explore and implement new analytical techniques, data mining, retrieval, statistical, and mathematical analyses to detect trends, resolve analytical issues, optimize performance, and present results visually.
  • Familiarity with geospatial data types and visualization methods, including matrix analytics, network analytics, and data graphing.
  • Understanding of Activity-based Intelligence (ABI), Structured Observation Management (SOM), automation, scripting, data analysis, and GEOINT methodology to integrate statistically robust data analytics into GEOINT-based decision-making processes.
 

Desired Requirements:

  • Familiarity with JEMA, Brewlytics, and the use of GEOINT services like GovCloud, Amazon Web Services, and C2S.
  • Proficiency in geospatial software and tools such as Java, HTML, CSS, C, C+, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, MongoDB,  CLI, Graph DB, Ruby, and NodeJS.
  • Understanding and application of standard and non-standard NGA reports, including NES remarks, NIBs, and GEOINT Notes.
  • Experience with SOM solutions such as GOWK, GERT, and STARE.

Education Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in fields related to GIS, Geography, Remote Sensing, etc.
