Do you love children? Do you enjoy being active? Do you love being outside? This position is for you This position is ideal for anyone looking for a summer job that enjoys being with children (ages 5-12 years old). 

The Summer Program Aide will assist the Teacher with activities within the classroom/outside. The Summer Program Aide is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of each child and creating a memorable experience.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist with drop-off and pick-up of children daily

• Ensure children are properly supervised based on ratio

• Assist teacher with programs and activities

• Encourage children to participate and engage in activities

• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age with reliable transportation
  • Experience with school age children a plus
  • First Aid & CPR certification preferred
  • Must be willing and able to drive a 14-passenger school bus
  • No CDL required
  • Must have valid Driver License
  • We will train you on how to safely transport children
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with children

**New teachers should expect to start the week of May 13th, 2024 in order to complete necessary training and shadowing requirements**
