1st Shift
4am-230pm Payrate $16 and up Based on Experience2nd Shift $17.50 - $18.50 Payrate $16 and up Based on Experience2:30pm-1:00am M-Thur
OT as needed

• Setup and secure die/tooling in presses and other machines as needed
• Set up and hang coils for machines, and help run the coil into the die.
• Work through any die or setup issues to ensure efficient production run.
• Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunctions and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem and/or repair machine.
• Assists maintenance dismantle defective machines and equipment and helps install new or repaired parts.
• Initiates trouble shooting of die problems.
• During change-over and downtime cleans and removes old/bad t-nuts in shaker bars on presses.

Die Setter Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to multi-Task
• Work well with others
• Willing to learn

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
