This clinical position offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $26/hour, based on experience, and comprehensive benefits including:

We also offer a $1500 sign-on bonus, with half paid after completing your probationary period, and the second half paid after 12 months of employment

As a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant, you will enjoy a flexible schedule within our established hours: Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm. DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • Associate's degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  • State licensure or certification as a physical therapist assistant
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT?

In this clinical role, you will collaborate closely with our experienced physical therapists to implement individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include providing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, monitoring patient progress, and contributing to multidisciplinary care teams. Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises, as well as maintaining accurate patient records, are essential components of your daily activities.
