Requirements

Experienced Senior Mechanical Superintendent w/10 years min. experience as Sr. Mechanical Supt. on large Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial projects ($ 50 to $ 100 mil). Strong experience with HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping Systems with knowledge of equipment, materials and installations.

Excellent ability to read/interpret drawings and specifications.

Excellent skills to communicate, collaborate and schedule and coordinate subcontractor work. Computer proficient is required and Procore. Experience preferred. Experience in Clean Room and Semiconductor Projects preferred

Duties of Position

Managing/coordinating and oversight of subcontractor HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping installations for a large Aerospace Manufacturing/Assembly Facility project. Responsibilities include daily oversight and QA/QC of subcontractor installations including scheduling/coordination, safety and installation integration w/other trades per plans/specs. QA/QC of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping) Installations. Preparation/review of schedule & reports for installations including equipment installation start-up & commissioning.
