We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in maintaining our standard of excellence, ensuring every product meets our rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of product, using basic measuring and inspection tools.
  • Accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Document inspection results and compile detailed reports.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail in all aspects of quality control.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, including design engineers, manufacturing staff, customer support, and assembly teams; showcase excellent communication skills.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns, providing exceptional service and support.
Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
