Inside Sales Agent

Our branch is looking for someone with that special “it” factor, is that you? As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be a pivotal part of our team by establishing and developing relationships with Realtors, Loan Officers, and Clients. This position is 100% phone-based, please don’t apply if the phone scares you. Competitive wage based on experience, plus excellent benefits.

This role is a perfect fit for a friendly and outgoing person who loves to meet new people and is comfortable talking on the phone.

This role requires you to work closely with real estate agents to set appointments with loan officers, conduct follow-up calls from a customer database, and create an organized system for agents to gather client referrals. A script is provided for you, but you'll need to think on your feet to respond to client questions and concerns. A strong ability to multitask is a must. Ideally, you have at least one year of experience working in a phone sales or outbound cold calling role - previous mortgage and inside sales experience would be helpful but not required.

$12 - $16 hourly

• Conduct phone calls to set appointments for real estate agents with loan officers
• Inform clients about products, prices, features, and their benefits through scripted phone calls
• Complete a quota of weekly appointment calls for real estate agents
• Create and maintain a system for gathering referrals from past clients
• Field basic questions from clients about product and services or direct to proper channel

• 1 year of phone sales and outbound cold calling experience
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Prefer a working knowledge of software including Microsoft Word and Google Docs along with basic computer skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
