Job Summary
We are seeking a Foreman to join our team In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our job site, including equipment maintenance and personnel management. You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Construction Foreman or a history of strong leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all employees follow safety regulations
  • Deliver feedback to management
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment
  • Maintain adequate levels of inventory and reorder as needed
  • Work with Manager to create team schedules
  • Communicate needs with Office and Manager
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Construction Foreman or similar position is preferred
  • Foreman training or certification is preferred
  • Deep understanding of work optimization methods
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and crisis management skills
  • Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
