Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent client service.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their insurance needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Training and Development: Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient operation of the agency, including compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida Insurance License required.
Experience: Experience in insurance industry is required , with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Client Focus: Customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
