We are hiring a Recruiter for our corporate office located in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid role 2-3 days in office

Job Summary: The Corporate Recruiter will source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates to fill organizational roles.

Job Duties: Consult with hiring managers at our Corporate office and with Field managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates. The position involves but is not limited to the following duties:

Review and assess applicant's education, experience, training, and other qualifications
Verify employment eligibility, gather necessary paperwork, and perform reference and background checks
Schedule interviews and coordinate with interviewers
Gather feedback from other interviewers.
Inform candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities
Prepare and extend job offers and offer letters
Able to prioritize and organize multiple openings efficiently
Experience and Education: Bachelors degree in related field

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Recruiter/HR related role
Experience recruiting Exempt and Non-Exempt positions

Skills:
Experience required with ATS/Recruiting Software ADP, HRIS, MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Professional interviewing/screening skills
Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus

Reports to: Corporate Recruiting Manager
