Responsibilities
  • Process Bi-Weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all payroll laws and regulations.
  • Manage time and attendance hours.
  • Assist with responding to questions, researching discrepancies, and resolving pay issues.
  • Interact with employees and supervisors to ensure a zero-defect payroll.
  • Assist with the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees seeking assistance with benefits-related inquiries. Provide clear and concise information on various benefit options and eligibility criteria.
  • Completes all new hire I9 documentation and maintains I9 files.
  • Reconcile all medical, dental, vision and life benefit invoices.
  • Handle unemployment verifications/discrepancies.
  • Review monthly commission and bonus submissions and any quarterly bonuses for compliance with payment eligibility criteria. If the criteria are met, process payments per the current commission and bonus plans.
  • Calculate sales commissions and email sales representative commissions paid.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Must practice regular and dependable attendance.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to communicate with our diverse workforce.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent 10-key typing skills and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, minimum 3 years.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office; including Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word.
