What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance on customer compressed air systems.
• Consult and advise customers about their compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs.
• Record and report the tasks performed to the relevant departments.
• Collaborate with the Parts and Sales departments to provide comprehensive service to customers.
• Carry out other necessary tasks as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in maintaining air compressor systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• EPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) Certification (desired).
• ASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification (desired).
• Current driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school education or GED.
• A history of on-site maintenance at customer facilities.
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to advise customers on equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs.
• Experience documenting work performed and submitting reports.
• Willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
