The Communications Coordinator will manage both internal and external communications to ensure that the company's message is clear, consistent, and engaging. This role involves creating, editing, and distributing various content types, maintaining the company's online presence, and supporting the planning and execution of events.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support company initiatives and objectives.
  • Create, edit, and distribute content such as newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and internal memos.
  • Maintain the company's online presence, including updating the website and managing social media accounts.
  • Coordinate and manage communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including promotional activities and community outreach.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing reports and insights to the management team.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, media contacts, and other stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital media, including social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
