Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Support in the gathering of requirements for assigning accounts for each field force
  • Provide guidance and expertise for overall account volume in each territory
  • Support in the creation of assignment rules in the Application based on field force level requirements
  • Territory Feedback
  • Support in setting up feedback windows in Align and verifying them in the Customer's Veeva CRM Mobile application
  • Provide knowledge transfer to Customer's Align administrator(s) on how to run feedback windows
  • Multichannel cycle plans (MCCP)
  • Load initial MCCPs and create appropriate rules in the Application
  • Support the configuration of how MCCPs are displayed in Veeva CRM Mobile
  • Provide knowledge transfer to Customer's Align administrator(s) on how to load MCCPs in the Application and push them to Veeva CRM
  • Modeling
  • Support setting up models for use in feedback
  • Provide knowledge transfer for Customer's Align administrator(s) on the use of modeling in the Application.
  • Creating new models and importing from production
  • Loading objects to modeling and running rules
